No, to avoid water damage you may not launder or dry your clothes in your unit. MyTown has laundromats available in selected buildings for your laundry needs.

MyTown has built-in cabinetry in each unit. If you require more space, we have lockers for rent.

We prefer cashless transactions.

1) Over the counter deposit or online transfers (BPI and BDO)
2) E-Wallets - GCash,Grabpay through Dragonpay
3) Other over the counter payment centers - SM, Robinsons, LBC, ECPay, Palawan, Cebuana
4) Direct ATM debit card payments in selected buildings at a fee of one percent (1%)
You may also log-in to your MyTown Mobile app and follow payment instructions.

You may go to the reception of your building, who will inform you about the process. Parking slots can be availed of any time, but are then co-terminus with your rental contract.

We do not provide bottled water, but this can be purchased at the retail convenience outlets that are available in and near our buildings.

No, the maximum number of tenants is equal to the number of beds we provide in each unit.

The minimum lease period is six (6) months.

1) We require 2 months security deposit upon signing of the agreement.
2) Monthly rental is due and payable on the last day of each month.
3) Utilities and other charges are due and payable on the last day of the month.
4) Late payments are subject to penalties and charges.

Yes, however pre-termination will warrant forfeiture of your 2 months security deposit. This forfeiture does not waive your responsibility to pay any accrued Rent, Utilities, Penalty Fees, and any other financial obligations accruing on the Leased Premises.

As a general rule, we do not allow this. On a case-to-case basis and subject to availability, we may be able to accommodate you earlier and will invoice you for the additional days of occupancy.

We require two (2) valid IDs, and any of the following at least three (3) days before move-in: negative rapid test result, negative swab test result, or a medical certificate.

You will have to settle your security deposit and submit your proof of payment before you move in.

No, all rates are exclusive of utilities.

We have WiFi available for free throughout our buildings.

You may access the roofdecks and other MyTown amenities unrestricted if you avail of the MyTown Club, which is available at an additional monthly fee for those staying at deluxe buildings. Townees in First Class buildings are automatically Club members.

We do not have guest parking. A guest may use your parking slot, if you are leasing one and inform MyTown security of this.

RFID-access door, air-conditioning units, custom-designed (bunk) bed, desk with chairs (for 2-Bed units only), storage space, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, window blinds, pillow, mattress, bed sheets, toilet, lavatory, and shower.

You are allowed to prepare and microwave your food, but for fire safety reasons you are not allowed to use stoves, toasters, ovens, or other appliances to prepare food.

You are allowed to meet guests in the areas of our building that are open to the public. For tenant-only common areas, your guests are required to register at the reception with a valid ID and are allowed only during specified times. For guests accessing your unit, you and all tenants in your unit will need to sign a consent form prior to the guest accessing your unit. This form is available at the reception.

Subject to prior approval from MyTown staff, we allow appliances that do not pose a non-fire hazard.

Roommates are allocated based on gender and, to the extend possible, work shift.

All areas of the MyTown buildings, including the units, are strictly non-smoking areas. Tenants or guests caught smoking will be subject to a fine of ten thousand pesos (Php 10,000.00) per infraction, and termination of contract after repeated offenses.

Tenants are responsible for keeping the unit in a good and good-as-new condition. MyTown offers housekeeping services, which tenants may avail of at a fee through the MyTown Mobile App.

We are responsible for cleaning, repair and maintenance of these area. Nevertheless, all tenants are expected to help maintain the cleanliness of the facility and immediately report issues to staff.

No, you may not sublease your bed or room. MyTown staff will ask strangers for proof of residence before allowing access to the building.

Yes, we have additional storage/lockers available in our buildings. Please ask MyTown staff for terms, conditions, and rental fees.

We do not have a tenant curfew, but do expect you to be mindful of other tenants at all times.

You can easily check you bill and payment history through your MyTown Mobile App! We will also send you copy of billing invoice to your registered email address ahead of your due date.
