Once your booking has been confirmed, you will be required to fill out our mandatory health declaration form.
During your visit in our dormitory, view your future unit, take the rapid test, sign the contract and you’re officially a Townee! Just make sure you bring valid government-issued IDs. Note: We also require a total of two months rent; one as security deposit and one as advance rent.
